Tender Details
Transport for NSW invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors who are registered in Category X – Demolition of Buildings, under the TfNSW Registration Scheme for Construction Industry Contractors. This work is required as part of enabling works for the A15 New England Highway Singleton Bypass project.
The scope of work under this Minor Works and Services Project Contract includes:
•Preparation and implementation of management plans
•Location and identification of underground services
•Hazardous Chemicals and Materials Investigations
•Work Health and Safety management
•Environmental protection and management
•Temporary site security fencing
•Disconnection, removal and making safe of all property service connections
•Demolition of above and below ground structures
•The management, handling and removal of all clearing and demolition materials (including hazardous materials) for recycling or lawful disposal
•Site Clearance Certificates
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code).

Additional Details / Instructions
A pre-tender meeting, including an inspection of all sites, will commence at 10.00am on 18 November 2022, at the Rixs Creek Rest Area, located off Rixs Creek Lane, Rixs Creek. Transport will be provided to attendees to minimise traffic from separate vehicles. Tenderers must confirm their attendance by close of business (5.00pm) on 15 November 2022 via email to regionalprocuement@transport.nsw.gov.au. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
