Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Jenolan Caves Road Five Mile Failures Repair Managing Contractor – Notice of upcoming procurement - 23.0000139295.0133.Notice

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is planning to invite tenders in March 2023 from pre-qualified contractors with TfNSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at Roadworks Category R4 and Financial Capacity F50 to repair and reconstruct two significant failures on Jenolan Caves Road. The work will be delivered under a Managing Contractor model.

Tenders will be invited from construction entities only.  The designer for the work is being separately procured by TfNSW.

The tender for the work will be advertised on eTender. Tenderers will need to complete a pre-registration form to access the tender documents. Tenderers that meet the minimum requirements will be given access to an Ansarada data room to download the tender documents.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
