This is a Minor Works and Physical Services Contract.
The Foxground and Berry Bypass project was completed in 2017. Following completion of this project, the NSW Government has committed to provide additional noise mitigation measures by installing noise barriers near properties at Windsor Drive and Huntingdale Park Road.
Tenders are invited for the design and construction of these two noise barriers. This is an open tender.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
