The Coffs Harbour Bypass project is a priority for the Australian and NSW governments as the Pacific Highway is a major contributor to Australia's economy. The bypass will be a key link in this vital piece of the nation's infrastructure, connecting Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
It has a total length of 14 kilometres, which consists of a 12 kilometre bypass of Coffs Harbour from south of Englands Road intersection to Korora Hill in the north, and a two kilometre upgrade of the existing Pacific Motorway from Korora Hill north to Sapphire Beach.
Additional information on the project is available on the TfNSW website:
TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to pre-register their interest to participate in the procurement process for the delivery of the Project.
To successfully pre-register interest to participate in the procurement process for the delivery of the Project, organisations must follow the instructions outlined in the attached document titled “Pre-registration of Interest for the Coffs Harbour Bypass”, including, but not limited, to section 4.
TfNSW will accept receipt of pre-registration documents (completed Pre-registration Form and executed Confidentiality Deed Poll) until 2:30pm on 16 August 2021 (one week before the closing date and time for registrations of interest).
TfNSW may determine (in its absolute discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late registration request.
