Tenders are invited to submit a tender as outlined in the attached RFT documents.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is required to investigate suitable biodiversity offsets for impacts to biodiversity resulting from Pacific Highway Upgrade projects. Biodiversity offset are aimed at meeting the following objectives:

• an outcome that maintains or improves biodiversity values;

• successfully secures the long-term (in perpetuity) protection and management of lands containing threatened species and ecological communities and habitat for threatened species (key habitat);

• meeting the minimum requirements for offsets as specified in the conditions of approval under both State and Commonwealth legislation; and ensuring the process for setting the scope and quantum of the biodiversity offsets is transparent and justifiable on environmental, social and economic grounds.

This is not an open tender. Participation in the tender process is limited to invited tenderers only.
