Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Independent Certifier Services for M12 West Motorway Project - 21.0000137065.2767

Proposals are invited for the provision of Independent Certifier Services to fulfil the requirements of the Interface Deed between Transport for NSW and Sydney Metro regarding works to be carried out in the interface zones of M12 motorway project and the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project.

There will be no pre-tender meeting for this tender.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed poll (in accordance with the instructions in the deed) to the Contact Officer prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Proposal documents.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.buy.nsw.gov.au.
