TransGrid / Fire Protection Repairs - Q195/14

Provision of emergency repairs to fire protection systems installed in various TransGrid locations as detailed in Quotation Specification Q195/14; Q195/14 Returnable Schedules; Q195/14 Attachment 1; and Conditions of Order.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Mandatory Criteria

Tenders, which do not comply with the following requirements, will not be considered.

·         Attendance at Mandatory Site Meeting as outlined in clause 4.3.

·          Tenders must be for the whole of the works specified and include for the performance of all obligations set out in the specification.  Tenders for part only of the works will not be considered.

·         The tendered rate prices submitted must be FIRM (i.e. not subject to adjustment or variation in cost) for the period of the contract.

·         Member of the Fire Protection Association of Australia.
