Survey providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide a "Standing Offer" for the provision of survey services from time to time as and when required.
Contractors may elect to nominate for all, a combination or they may elect to provide one specialist service only. Members of the Panel would then be selected for individual service provision based on their capability and following a competitive quotation process. Members of the Panel will be segregated according to regional locations.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
