Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Mandatory site inspections will be held as follows:

1. Wallgrove site inspection 4.5.2010, at 10.00am, the site address is 200 Old Wallgrove Road, Horsley Park, NSW 2175
2. Sydney South Substation site inspection 4.5.2010 1.00pm, the site address is Henry Lawson Drive, Picnic Point, NSW 2213
3. All tenderers must attend the whole of the site inspections.
