TransGrid / Asset Management Services - Q103/15

The Principal is seeking to engage a number of Engineering Service Providers who have the relevant expertise and extensive experience to undertake the required assignments.

The Service Providers will be appointed to a panel of suppliers and the panel will operate for a period of three years from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance with an option to extend the Period Agreement for a further one off two years at the sole discretion of the Principal.

The Principal intends on establishing panels of suppliers in five (5) functional areas of work as detailed in this specification.

The tenderers may seek to be appointed to one of more of the schedules areas of work. Offers will be considered and those successful offered contracts for specific schedules. Note each scheduled area of work will be evaluated on an individual basis and discounts will be evaluated for combinations if appropriate.
