Provision of Valuation Services for the Manildra-Parkes 132kV Transmission Line. Valuation Services are required to determine compensation assessments under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the acquisition of Easements and property (land if necessary) in relation to the construction of a high voltage transmission line between Manildra and Parkes.
Valuation Services encompasses compensation assessments for easements (Easements for transmission lines and Easements for access), assessments for partial or outright property purchase and provision of property advice as required.
