TransGrid / Design Services for Transmission Projects - Q64/09

Design Services and Installation Services for a three year period.

The Contractor shall have a high level of recent experience and expertise in the design of electrical works associated with high voltage transmission systems and their associated communications systems.  The design work will be primarily associated with:

-        Extra High Voltage (EHV) Substations

-        EHV Transmission lines and

-        Radio microwave systems.

 

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A Tenderers meeting, for all Tenderers for all Schedule Areas of Work, will be offered within two weeks of the Request for Tender being lodged on the Principals website. This meeting will outline the Principals capital works program over the coming five years and provide the opportunity for Tenderers to ask for clarifications.
