An Expression of Interest (EOI) is being called for the provision of expert services in the implementation of the Principal’s roadmap for the development of IEC61850 within HV substation and switchyard secondary systems.
The Principal’s IEC61850 Station Bus implementation plan calls for three parallel streams of activities: · Establishment of period orders for IEC61850 protection and substation automation devices · Purchase of a suite of tools that will enable staff to design, configure, commission and trouble shoot an IEC61850 installation. · Assistance with the implementation of IEC61850 Station Bus within the Principal and training of the Principal’s personnel.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
