This Specification covers Plumbing work as and when required at the above sites for a period of two-years with an option for a further three one year extensions at the discretion of the Principal.
The Plumbing requirements for the sites covers work in Substation buildings and the High Voltage Switchyard for both repairs and additions to the Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Water Services, Sewage and Septic Systems, Drainage Systems, Roof and Guttering repair and replacement and Backflow Prevention Devise Testing, including liaison with Sydney Water on behalf of the Principal.
