- Construction of new office and workshopbuildings
- Construction of new storage shed, truck washdown bay, battery store and oil processing store
- Construction of new 4 bay truck garage
- New facade and vermin proofing existing storage shed
- Construction of associated roadworks
- Landscaping and fencing associated with the project
- Demolition of existing facilities
- Remediation of unused protion of the site
