To provide fire alarm monitoring, inspection, testing and maintenance of automatic fire detection systems at the Principals sites as listed below, for a period of three years from the date of Purchase Order.
Tenderers are to allow for the following items of work:
- Fire Detection / Alarms ( Minor Test ), 50% Smoke & 20% Heat Detector ( Major Test )
- VESDA Fire Panel / Alarm System, Inspection, Records & Maintenance of Fire Panel
- Emergency Lighting / Records & Maintenance and Repair

Additional Details / Instructions
A mandatory site inspection will be held on Wednesday 18th July 2007. The inspection commences at 8.00 am at the Principals Wagga Wagga Depot in Copland Street, Wagga Wagga 2650 and continues with inspections of sites at Wagga 132kV Substation and Wagga 330kV Substation on the same day.
All parties interested in attending the site inspection shall notify their attendance by telephoning Mr Darren Kelly on (02) 69220270.
Tenderers should note that the Site Inspection is mandatory.
All persons attending the site inspection must wear long sleeve shirts, trousers, enclosed footwear, safety helmets and high visibility outer garments.
