Tender Details

These methods have been selected to achieve a safe place of work and safe systems of work and to avoid the risk of soil erosion, harm to threatened wildlife species, adverse impact on sites or artefacts of cultural significance, harm to the community, ensure that all applicable legislative requirements are observed and that environmental impact is minimised. In most cases the work will involve maintenance or minor restoration of existing tracks to an acceptable standard for transmission line operation and vegetation control purposes. Depending on the condition of the track this work may involve re-forming of the track and associated water control discharge points with a suitable machine, supply and application of gravel to the track surface where necessary to achieve wet-weather performance, and/or restoration of drainage control structures, installation and maintenance of culverts and any necessary erosion control measures during and after completion of the work.
