Mandatory site inspections shall be conducted at each site as follows: Hay RRS: 08:00 a.m 16th January 2007 Conargo RRS: 10:15 a.m. 16th January 2007 Finley RRS: 12:00 p.m 16th January 2007 Coleambally RRS: 9:00 a.m. 17th January 2007 It shall be the responsibility of the Tenderer to establish fully during this inspection the extent of the work under the Contract. The Principal does not assume any responsibility for deductions, inferences, conclusions or interpretations which the Tenderer may draw or make as a result of his inspection of the site or which he may draw, form or place on data or information supplied to him by any person. Tenderers should note that additional site-specific detail will be provided at the mandatory site inspection. This detail is to be considered as part of the tender information and additional costs arising are to be included in pricing. For the mandatory site inspection, all Tenderers are to wear long sleeved shirts, long trousers or combination overalls made of appropriate material, and safety footwear. Under no circumstances will any kind of undressed appearance or use of leisure clothing (eg. Beachwear, thongs, open footwear, singlets, etc.) be permitted on site.
