Design, manufacture, testing at works, supply and delivery to site of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) and non-metallic reinforced optical fibre cable including associated fittings and joint boxes.
The estimated quantities of this contract are:
1. Heavy type OPGW - 20km
2. Light type of OPGW - 100km
3. Non-metallic reinforced optical fibre cable - 2km
4. Fittings (to be detailed by the Tenderers)
5. Joint boxes as per Line Schedules supplied
The scope of this contract is also to include type testing, sample testing, field testing, drawings and instruction manuals as outlined in this Specification.
