Tender Details
Legal Services providers are invited by TransGrid ("the Principal") to submit a tender to provide a "Standing Offer" for the provision of legal services from time to time as and when required by the Principal, as a panel member.
Tenderers may elect to nominate for all, a combination, or they may elect to provide one specialist service only. Members of the panel would then be selected for individual service provision based on their capability.
Tenderers are encouraged to nominate for combinations of speciality fields.
Successful tenderers will enter into a contractual arrangement with the Principal. The contracts with the various panel members will be in force from the Date of Appointment until 31st March 2011.
