Tender Details
At each of the Principals Yass and Wagga Wagga drawing offices, the Contractor shall supply, install, configure, test and commission a wide format, colour print/scan/copy system. As part of the configuration and commissioning, the Contractor shall work with the Principals outsourced IT support (currently Mincom).
Included in the cost shall be an initial supply of consumable items as are required to have the equipment operational.
Optionally, the Tenderer may make an offer to purchase and remove both of the Principals existing systems in a trade-in arrangement. Offers will form part of the tender evaluation but only offers that the Principal deems satisfactory will give an advantage. Acceptance of an offer is entirely at the Principals discretion.
