The provision of regular maintenance and repair of security systems at the Principal's nominated substations throughout its Southern Region, for a period of three years from date of purchase order.
Regular maintenance on the Principal's security systems is considered to comprise one annual major maintenance activity, and one annual minor maintenance activity.

Additional Details / Instructions
The Tenderer shall make an inspection of the Yass Regional Centre site, one 330kV substation and one 132kV substation, prior to closing of Tenders. The inspection will allow the tenderer to fully acquaint themselves with the security system specifications and conditions affecting the work.
Permission to enter the Site for inspection must be obtained from the Principal's Representative Richard Manderson.
The inspections will commence at Yass Regional Centre at 9.00am on Wednesday 14 February 2007 and will take approximately one working day.
Tenderers should note that the Site Inspection is mandatory.
