Tender Details
The Principal requires architectural design services and associated works relating to the extension of the Stores Warehouse and other site refurbishment or improvements including a covered truck and mobile plant storage structure and office remodelling at the Principals premises based at 200 Old Wallgrove Road Eastern Creek.
Designs and uses proposed must be approved by Council and in accordance with the Councils current zoning intentions and building development in the area.
Completed designs are to include but not limited to the following features:
1. All current building standards incorporated in designs
2. Geotechnical & Soil contamination Survey
3. Economically buildable;
4. Energy efficient;
5. Good use of natural daylight;
6. Minimal maintenance.

Additional Details / Instructions
An on-site pre-tender meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 29th August 2007. The meeting will commence at 10:00am at TransGrids Central Regional Centre Stores Office at 200 Old Wallgrove Road Eastern Creek. The meeting will provide the opportunity for Tenderers to fully acquaint themselves with matters and conditions affecting the work.
Tenderers are requested to register their intentions of attending the pre-tender meeting to the Principals Representative Mr Allan Setter on 9620 0692 by 12.00pm 28th August 2007.
