TransGrid / Frontline Management Training - Q18/08

This specification details the requirements of the provision of Frontline Management training services for the Principal. This Contract is for a two-year Period Order with one Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for training and assessment of;

Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
Diploma in Business (Frontline Management)

The Contractor will be expected to contextualise training, and assessment, resources to meet the requirements of the Principal.

The Contractor will be expected to provide the following services;

Training Analysis
Training Design/Development
Training Delivery;
- Instructor Led Training (ILT)
- Online Training (OLT)
- Blended Learning (Combination of ILT/OLT)
Assessment services

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney
