This specification covers the cleaning of the Principal’s Administration Offices, Workshop, Stores and Operations buildings situated in Perry Street, Yass, for a period of 1 year from issue of the purchase order, with the option determined by the Principal, of extending the purchase order for up to a further 1 year.
