Site Inspection

A Mandatory Site Inspection for Contract 1388 will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday 15^th April 2014meeting at TransGrid’s Tenterfield Substation located at Rifle Range Road Tenterfield NSW 2372.

Tenderers shall be suitably dressed for this inspection i.e. long sleeve shirts, trousers/slacks, enclosed footwear, safety helmets and high visibility shirts or vests.

As per Clause 2.1.5

Mandatory Criteria

Tenders submitted by organisations that do not comply with all the following mandatory criteria will not be considered:

§  Tenders must be for the whole of the works specified and include for the performance of all obligations set out in the Specification. Tenders for only part of the work will not be considered.

§  The tender price submitted must be FIRM (i.e. not subject to adjustment for variations in cost) for the period of the contract.

§  Nominate an appropriate qualified person to perform the roll of Principal Contractor who will be appointed for the duration of the project in accordance with Clause 1.6.1.1.10.

§  Provide a work based example of a Site Specific Management Plan in accordance with Clause 1.6.1.1.12.

§  All tenderers must attend a mandatory site inspection to be held onsite Tuesday 15^th April 2014 commencing at 10:00am.
