a)The supply and distribution of bins, caddies and compostable bags to nominated households.
b)The Services include the management of the supply and distribution to nominated households so that all households may commence new organics collection services and bin replacement and maintenance until 30 June 2026.
c)Following the distribution of bins and bags, which is expected to be completed by no later than 10 December 2025, the management of bin replacements, reconciliation of data and other related tasks, as specified, until 30 June 2026.
