Blacktown City Council (we, us, our), a local authority under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and one of the largest Councils in Australia, is seeking proposals for the Provision of Soft Beverage and Coffee Products at 5 BCC Key Venues facilities (Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton, Mount Druitt Swimming Centre and Riverstone Swimming Centre)
