Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / EOI for Lease: Trial Bay Kiosk National Park - EOI-2416

NPWS is seeking expressions of interest for the operation of Trial Bay Kiosk under a lease for a proposed term of five years with a further five-year option.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced food and beverage operator to develop a thriving hospitality business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of Arakoon National Park.

NPWS is seeking expressions of interest that:

·                     provide high quality services to visitors and the locals

·                     maximise opportunities and returns on this public asset

·                     inspire greater public appreciation of the environmental and cultural heritage values of the site

·                     are environmentally, socially, culturally and economically sustainable

·                     are consistent with the objectives of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, National Parks and Wildlife Regulation 2019, Arakoon National Park Plan of Management and the Trial Bay Gaol Conservation Management and Cultural Tourism Plan.

Operators should have experience in the hospitality operations and management as well as the ability to work collaboratively with NPWS in the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the site.
