WSROC / TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AN ELECTRONIC WORK ORDER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM - 0905

The Hills Shire Council is seeking tenders to provide an electronic Work Order distribution and remote data capture solution comprising software and hardware. Software is required to distribute information from an existing Work Order system to staff in the field.  The hardware used to receive data must be capable of capturing additional data and returning this information remotely for upload to the original system. In relation to hardware, The Hills Shire Council  may decide to call for a separate tender or purchase hardware through existing government contracts when the hardware requirements for the software are known as a result of this tender.

 

If you submit a tender response you must pay the registration fee of $125 at the front counter, Council's Administration Centre, 129 Showground Rd, Castle Hill, NSW or over the phone on (02) 9843 0180.

 

Tenders must be lodged electronically or placed in the tender box no later than the advertised closing time 2.30pm on 25^th September 2009. The Hills Shire Council’s Tender Box is located in the foyer of Council’s Administration Centre, 129 Showground Rd, Castle Hill NSW.

 

A hard copy of the Tender document is available at the front counter of Council’s Administration Centre at a cost $125. You do not need to pay the registration fee if you purchase the documents.
