WSROC / Railway Terrace Upgrade - C29/2022

 Blacktown City Council (we, us, our), a local authority under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and one of the largest Councils in Australia, is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the design and construction of Railway Terrace upgrade project (The Project) .
This RFT seeks to identify a suitably qualified and competent Contractor to enter into a Design and Construct Contract (AS4902) with Blacktown City Council as Principal, for the provision of Design and Construction of the following works:
 
1)    Design and Construction of Railway Terrace upgrades between Riverstone Road in the north, to the extents of the upgraded intersection of Schofields Road and Railway Terrace in the south.

2)    All stormwater infrastructure, kerb and gutter works, concrete pathways and landscaping associated with the Railway Terrace Road Upgrade.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

 

A Tender briefing will be held on site on Tuesday 23 May 2023 at 9am that will be open for all who wish to attend. The Tender briefing is non-mandatory but Tenderers are encouraged to attend. The Tender briefing will provide an overview of the vision for the project and provide an opportunity for prospective Tenderers to fully understand the site constraints and for questions to be asked.
