Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / EOI for Lease of Fitzroy Falls café, Morton National Park - EOI-11819A

The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of the Fitzroy Falls Café premises within Morton National Park.

The premises are within the award-winning Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre which is located a short walk from the magnificent 80m high Fitzroy Falls. Visitors to this well-known attraction in the Southern Highlands enjoy stunning views of the falls, cliffs and plateaus just 150m from the Visitor Centre. Opportunities for bird watching, hiking and other recreational activities abound.

Suitable qualified operators are invited to submit a proposal for the operation of the premises that focus on the provision of quality visitor services and experiences, and the promotion of the environmental and cultural conservation values of the site.

Interested parties will have extensive experience in operating and managing a food and beverage or events business. NPWS is looking for skills in marketing and an ability to work collaboratively with NPWS in the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the site. All proposals should give consideration to the environmental, cultural and heritage conservation values of the site.
