• The primary objective of this procurement is to provide preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services to the facilities across the three stabling yards. Other objectives include:

o PM and CM services for specific services and systems.

o callouts and emergency work as requested.

• The yards are used to stable and turn around the Explorer trains on a daily basis. The main task is to inspect and maintain the 3 phase 415v shore supplies,with additional minor works, including weed control, pest control, keep the site neat and tidy, minor fence repairs, fire extinguishers and maintain spill kits. Electrical works i.e. pole lights. Maintain train water supply system and train coolant supply system.”
