Request for Tender for Photography, Videography, Filming & Editing Services for the Sydney Metro

Sydney Metro is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor(s) to deliver Photography, Videography, Filming & Editing Services across all Sydney Metro projects, with Tenderers invited to bid for Photography services and/or Videography, filming and editing services.

Photography services:

Sydney Metro is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor(s) to deliver high-quality professional photography services on location, including construction sites, as required, including night and weekend work if required (24 hours x 7 days per week). The Service Provider must have the capacity to be available at short notice at the discretion of Sydney Metro.

Videography, filming and editing services:

Sydney Metro is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor(s) to deliver high-quality professional videography, editing and associated services (including pre-production, production and post-production) on location, including construction sites as required including night work and weekend work if required (24 hours x 7 days per week). The Service Provider must have the capacity to be available at short notice at the discretion of Sydney Metro.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirement 1: Relevant Experience and capability of the Tenderer – Photography services:

Demonstrated evidence that the Tenderer or its Key Person(s) has/have successfully undertaken the provision of similar services as those described in the Services Brief for similar major infrastructure or construction projects and/or Australian government agencies within the last 5 years.

Minimum Requirement 2: Relevant Experience and capability of the Tenderer - Videography, Filming and Editing services

Demonstrated evidence that the Tenderer or its Key Person(s) has/have successfully undertaken the provision of similar services as those described in the Services Brief similar major infrastructure or construction projects and/or Australian government agencies within the last 5 years.
