Tender Details
NSW Public Works, on behalf of Clarence Valey Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced construction companies wishing to partake in an Early Tender Involvement (ETI) process and be invited to tender for the proposed construction Contract for the North Grafton STP Upgrade.
This EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage tender process. The objective of the EOI is to identify a maximum of 4 applicants that best satisfy the evaluation criteria as Prospective Tenders for the North Grafton STP Upgrade construction Contract. The successful applicants will be invited to participate in an Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) process which will involve review of draft Contract documentation and a series of workshops with the Principal. The ETI process will make use of the Prospective Tenderer’s construction skills and experience to finalise the design, refine the construction methodology, and appropriately apportion risk throughout the RFT Documents.
Following the ETI process, the Principal will invite up to 4 Prospective Tenderers to tender for the proposed Construction Contract for the North Grafton STP Upgrade. Tenders will only be sought from organisations that have applied through this EOI and successfully participated in the ETI process.
