Tenders are invited from suitably qualified persons or firms for the provision of programmed preventative maintenance, servicing, breakdown maintenance and certification of essential fire services equipment for Council premises variously located throughout the Auburn Local Government Area, Auburn, NSW.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenderers must be familiar with relevant Australian Standards for all of the work involved including, but not limited to, the following:
Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment: AS 1851
2005: Sections 4, 6, 14, 15, 16; AS 2444 and AS/NZS 2293.2.
The recognised ability to provide relevant Certification and Annual Fire Safety Statements in terms of Statutory Codes and Australian Standards is essential.
