Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Tender (hereinafter referred to as “RFT”) is to seek the services work in the Land and Environment Court in regard to building and development control, industrial relations and employee related issues, matters generally pertaining to the Local Government Act, Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and related Acts and Regulations, debt recovery (including rates), taxation matters pertaining to local government, commercial issues, general legal advice and support for the Chief Governance Officer, Legal Manager and Legal Counsel in regard to all aspects of Council’s operations and representing Council in prosecutions.
