Tender Details
We require the services of a professional property services provider to deliver day to day tenancy
management of our commercial and retail rental properties that form part of the ‘Portfolio’. The
categories of the Services required are categorised under the headings:
1. Contract and Performance Management
2. Transitioning Management
3. Property and Facility Management
4. Data Management, and
5. The Blacktown Exercise Sport and Technology Hub Management which may be an addition to
the Portfolio at a later date, at Council’s Discretion.

Additional Details / Instructions
Additional requirements- all tender questions to be submitted to Council by no later than Sunday 21st May 2023 by 5:00PM. Responses to tender questions will be uploaded on Wednesday 24th May 2023 by 5:00PM.
Council will hold a guided open inspection on Wednesday 17th May 2023. A list of sites and times are attached.
