Tender Details
Council is seeking Services which will complement events held at the Stadium by providing sustenance to all patrons in public seating areas, corporate hospitality areas, and for event participants.
The Scope includes the following:
I. The Provision of Catering and Hospitality Services.
II. Supply Rights (alcohol, soft drinks, pies & pastries, ice creams).
Council will not accept a standalone/ separate Contract for the Supply Rights.
The Services will include the supply and provision of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), portable catering equipment, snack facilities, tabletop requirements, food preparation and production equipment, and staffing as is necessary to conduct the Catering Services at the venue to the satisfaction of Council. This includes the western stand lounges and clubs, corporate hospitality suites, public bars and public kiosk any other non-sporting event functions which may be held at the venue
