Council is seeking the supply of general local newspaper advertising services and in-kind sponsorship commencing 1 January 2009 for an initial twelve-month period, with and additional, optional twelve month extension period. The newspaper will receive a preferred provider arrangement for newspaper advertising of all Council general purpose advertisements.
