WSROC / Lawson Town Centre Redevelopment: Stage 1 Construction - 2008-W934

The Council has been working with the community and the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) to develop a Master Plan for the Lawson Town Centre that will facilitate the widening of the Great Western Highway to be undertaken by the RTA and allow the development of a new vibrant town centre. The upgrading of the highway will ultimately require the demolition of most shops in the town centre. The Master Plan and the Development Application (DA) for the new town Centre have been approved by the Council.

This RFT encompasses the Council works in the town centre. The RTA works will be procured separately.

The Council is seeking a Contractor who is experienced in completing subdivision, works, service infrastructure and urban improvements in a town centre environment.
