Tender Details
Auburn Council is considering the redevelopment of the Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre (REAC) and is currently preparing concept design and cost estimates based on those concepts. Council seeks to engage a suitable organisation to manage the facility on behalf of Council initially, whilst design and associated documentation is being prepared for the redevelopment of the facility. Depending on the outcomes of a further report to Council regarding the redevelopment of the site, Council will be seeking to engage an organisation to manage / develop the REAC under a partnership with a view of entering into a long term arrangement to manage / redevelop the facility.
