SUPPLY OF ROAD SIGNS & OTHER NOMINATED TRAFFIC HARDWARE Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC) Supply Management Group (SMG) is seeking submissions from suppliers with the proven ability to supply road signs & associated hardware to WSROC Councils. The WSROC group comprises eleven (11) Western Sydney Councils:- Auburn City, Baulkham Hills City, Bankstown City, Blacktown City, Blue Mountains City, Fairfield City, Hawkesbury City, Holroyd City, Liverpool City, Parramatta City & Penrith City. The purpose of this Request for Tender is to contract with a suitable supplier to supply road signs to the member councils of WSROC. The agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend the arrangements for a further 2 x 1 year periods subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with these terms

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Prospective tenders MUST ATTEND a mandatory pre-tender briefing on 24 September 2008. The implications of non-attendance at the pre-tender briefing are that the Tenderers response to this Request for Tender will be deemed to be non-complying and as such MAY NOT be considered in the evaluation process.
