Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified and
experienced contractors to undertake the construction of civil works and the installation of
services for two residential subdivisions within Blacktown LGA under Contract AS 4000-1997
(incorporating amendments 1, 2 and 3).

Both subdivisions will awarded to the same contractor under a single contract, however the
subdivisions will be priced separately and treated as separable portions as they may not
necessarily run concurrently.
