Tender Details
The Road Upgrade Advisor is required to assist EnergyCo in the development of the New England REZ transmission project by undertaking:
- road assessments, support traffic assessments and develop solutions, including for OSOM routes, access roads on private land and public road upgrades;
- road upgrade design for public roads, existing private roads and new private roads;
- planning approval development and support for the road upgrades;
- approvals and interface documentation including Works Authorisation Deeds for the public road upgrades and other road affected works inclusive of design to a level that is acceptable to TfNSW and relevant LGAs;
- undertake inspections and engineering survey of existing assets to support the road upgrade designs; and
- provide technical inputs and support for procurement of the Network Operator.
