Tender Details

NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is inviting interested individuals or businesses to submit their interest in providing high-quality commercial guided paddle-craft experiences and hire and supported camping services on one of NSW national park’s most popular locations, The Basin in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.

 NPWS is offering:

• one licence for paddle-craft guided experiences and hire; and

• one licence for supported/serviced camping.

 Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is located within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, approximately 20 kilometres north of the centre of Sydney. It is Australia’s second oldest national park and one of the most visited parks in New South Wales. The park contains outstanding scenic landforms, important plant and animal communities and a large number of Aboriginal sites and European historic sites.

 

 The Basin picnic area and campground is a popular picnic site and camping area as well as a great spot for water-based activities.
