WSROC / Computer Aided Condition Assessment for a Piped Stormwater Drainage Network - C7/2021

 

This RFQ seeks a company suitably qualified and experienced person/s, firms or entities for the services of a well-established computer-aided method to analyse CCTV video footage of stormwater drainage pipe network for identifying defects and condition assessment as per WSA 05 – 2013: Conduit inspection reporting code of Australia (Version 3.1) & IPWEA Practice Note 5.

CCTV inspection will be conducted by other contractors and the resulting video footage captured using standard pan tilt zoom camera will be provided by council in one of following format for this analysis:

• MP4 (mp4, m4a, m4v, f4v, f4a, m4b, m4r, f4b, mov)

• WMV (wmv, wma, asf*)

• AVI

• MPEG, MPEG-2

• VOB

Video footage of stormwater drainage pipe, ranging from Ø300mm diameter up to Ø2400mm provided will display information such as Asset IDs, pipe diameter and chainage on video footage.

Computer-aided method utilized in this study shall enable the computer automatically, with minimum human efforts, to:

• Analyse the CCTV footage

• Identify defects as per specifications

• Assess the asset conditions

 

• Learn and improve its own assessment model
