1.1.2              The dimension and area of the property is shown in DP 1044168, copy of which is attached to the Tender Contract.

1.1.3              The zoning of the property is as shown in the Planning Certificate under Section 149 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 which forms part of the Tender Contract.

1.1.4              Council invites all parties interested in purchasing the Property to submit Tenders.
