WSROC / Cultural Services Panel - C19/2023

Blacktown City Council is seeking proposals from suitably experienced professional service providers (consultants) with a range of cultural service capabilities to establish a cultural services panel that meets our resourcing needs and helps us deliver successful projects and programs.

This pre-qualified cultural services panel will be established across 6 categories listed below and the related capabilities available in the RFT brief.

• First Nation Design and Planning Services

• First Nation Engagement Services

• Heritage Conservation Services

• Art and Cultural Services

• Public Art Services

• Placemaking

 

We make no guarantee to any consultant on the volume of services under this contract. All work will be on an ‘as required’ basis during the contract term.

Pricing is to be based on a schedule of rates with an initial period of the contract of 3 years with an option in favour of council for a further period of 1 x2 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and council requirements.
