"Mining Exploration and Geoscience seeks appropriate ServiceNow licences to enable ongoing utilisation of the ServiceNow platform on a “software as a service” basis for a period up to five years (three-year initial term, with two options to extend the relationship).

The ServiceNow platform underpins many critical business applications used by teams across the Mining Exploration and Geoscience group. Continuity of services for system users is imperative – a high level of reliability is demanded with 24/7 usage of some applications.

This is an open public tender. Respondents must be pre-qualified on the ICT Services Scheme SCM0020, Category R."
